We collect personal data through forms and our first-party support chat on this website.
Contact form (for prospective users and general enquiries): We collect your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about Rebookify's service.
Application form (for individuals interested in joining the Rebookify team): We collect your full name, email address, and a free-text description of your background and interest in Rebookify. We use this information to evaluate your application and to communicate with you about it.
Support chat: We collect the messages you send, an optional follow-up email address, and a session identifier needed to keep your conversation connected. We use this information only to provide support and follow up on that conversation.
The legal basis for processing this data under GDPR is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), specifically our interest in responding to enquiries, providing support, and reviewing applications, balanced against your reasonable expectation that contacting us will result in a response.
Data submitted through our forms is stored securely within the EU/EEA. Access is restricted to authorised Rebookify team members only. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
We retain enquiry and application data for no longer than 12 months after our last interaction with you, unless we are required by law to retain it for a longer period. You may request deletion at any time.
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, form delivery, optional analytics, and security services such as bot protection. These providers act under their own terms or as processors on our behalf. Support-chat messages are handled through Rebookify's own support system. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Cloudflare Turnstile may load when you open a new chat to prevent abuse; it is used as a necessary security measure, not for analytics. Hotjar loads only after you consent to Analytics cookies and may process device, browser, and usage data.
